Terms of Service

1. The service

Butikmotor provides an e-commerce platform as a service (SaaS) including hosting, accounting integration and support according to the selected pricing plan.

2. Agreement and cancellation

Agreements are made without a binding period and can be cancelled with one (1) month's notice. Cancellation is made in writing via email to kontakt@butikmotor.se.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are stated in SEK excluding VAT. Billing is monthly in advance. Late payments incur interest according to Swedish interest law.

4. Data ownership

All data you enter into the platform is owned by you. Upon cancellation, you have the right to a complete export of your data.

5. Limitation of liability

Butikmotor is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss beyond what is required by mandatory law. Our platform is provided as-is with a 99.9% uptime guarantee.
